I joined the Shy Writer e-group today and received this welcome:
Welcome, Shy Writer -
I am Hope Clark, author of The Shy Writer. I am so happy
to have you with us.
The purpose of this group is to enlighten writers who
struggle with promoting themselves as well as those who
have solved this problem and are able to help the rest.
This newsletter discusses the difficulties in being quiet,
shy, reserved, or just plain nervous when it comes to selling
the writing we so love to create.
We want to find alternatives to singing and dancing under
a spotlight to market the writing we create in the seclusion
of our homes, studies, and minds.
This group is for the study and support of the shy writer.
You'll receive a periodic newsletter (monthly) from me about
the book, its topics, and the success stories of others.
You are allowed to post, but please keep it sensitive, polite,
and understanding of each other's differences. Thanks so much.
